Describe Ma Rachel's character and provide an example from the book to support your answer.

  1. Ma Rachel seemed to be a little bit more than angry at the white people, all white people. She proves this when she tells Mrs. Logan repeatedly to keep the white people off of the Logan family's land.

  2. Ma Rachel was very territorial person you could say she did not want white people on her land. she didn't want them there because she didn't like white at all. She also seemed a bit crazy because in the book she was often yelling and acting crazy. In the book it says that she still thought she was a child.
